Top picture was photographed by Don Johnson in Washington and the bottom picture was photographed in Florida, by Jim Rosso	In the top picture the Red Knot is in spring plumage and sitting with smaller Dunlin who are also in spring plumage. In the bottom picture it is in winter plumage
