Wilson's Snipe	(Gallinago delicata)
Photographed in Ano Neuvo State Reserve, California and in Corpus Christi, Texas by Jim Rosso.	Photo on the right shows a Snipe on the left and a Long-billed Dowitcher on the right. Notice the lack of striping on the head of the Dowitcher. The common name has recently (2003) been changed from Common Snipe back to Wilson's Snipe. The scientific name has also been changed.
